A Deeper Expression of the Forest
As the colour deepens, another character of the forest begins to emerge. BBH80+ carries a naturally deeper amber tone, reflecting the conditions in which its honeydew was gathered and matured.
Every batch is allowed to reach natural maturity before being tested and graded according to the Bee Charm® BBH® system.
We do not blend a lighter harvest simply to make it darker. We do not concentrate it to reach a number. When the forest gives us BBH80+, we record it as it is.
Rich yet balanced, BBH80+ sits at a beautiful meeting point between the more generous harvests of BBH70+ and the increasingly uncommon deeper grades that follow.
