There are harvests we can expect. And there are harvests we can only wait for. BBH100+ belongs to the latter.
Its naturally deep colour is an uncommon expression of Black Beech Honey, appearing only when the conditions of a particular season allow it.
Each batch must first reach natural maturity and pass testing for moisture and Brix before its colour is measured and recorded. It is never blended or concentrated simply to achieve BBH100+.
For this reason, availability cannot be promised from one year to the next. When BBH100+ appears, we bottle what the forest has given us. When it does not, we wait.
The story belongs to the harvest. So should the record.
